To place an order simply look at the pictures in our gallery. Move your pointer over the picture to get the model number, specification and price. Decide on which model(s) of float you require and then either ring us with your order or send an e-mail with your order to firstname.lastname@example.org using our contact us page. On receipt of your order we will send you an invoice for payment. Please note that due to demand and stock levels there may be times when the mix of bristle colours may vary from the one stated.
Payment can be made by Pay-Pal or by sending a cheque or postal order made payable to A S CLOUGH. We are very sorry but we do not accept credit or debit cards, but you can use them if you choose to pay through Pay-Pal. Please advise us on your e-mail how you wish to pay. If you do not inform us we will assume you wish to use Pay-Pal and an invoice will be sent accordingly. Please follow the Pay-Pal link carefully when you receive it.
On receipt of your cleared payment we will despatch your floats immediately by Royal Mail First Class. All items are despatched in either a new hardened cardboard tube with plastic end caps and double taped for extra security, a travel box or a padded bag.
We accept returns on all floats if you are unhappy with your purchase. However the customer will have to pay for all return postage charges and a refund on the floats cost will only be issued when they are received by us in an "as new and unused" condition.
